(2) We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
(3) Customer confirms the LED Striplight samples and places deposit for formal order.
(4) We arrange the production.
Q2: Is it OK to put my LOGO sticker on packaging of LED Strip Light?
A: Yes. Please inform us formally before LED Striplight production. We has professional designer make the sticker and confirm with you. We will strictly follow the principal that we won’t disclose or sell customer unique designs to another third party.
Q3: How do you ensure LED Flexible Strip Light quality?
A: We get four Steps for QC processes:
(1) Casual inspection for raw materials with professional instruments
(2) Complete inspection during the production
(3) Aging exceed 12 hours for all LED products
(4) Complete inspection before packaging
Q4: How do you ship LED Strip Light and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship LED Striplight samples by DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT. It usually takes 3-5working days to arrive. For mass order, by air and sea shipping are also acceptable.
Q5: How to do if any quality problems on our side in the warranty time (RMA policy)?
